Shipping costs within Austria
- Orders €150 and up: free shipping
- Orders €1,00–€149,00: €9,90 shipping fee
International shipping
We offer delivery to European countries (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, etc.).
Delivery time can vary from 2 weeks to 2 months.
We make every effort to provide the fastest possible international delivery to Europe and always keep our customers informed of the status of their order.
European Union (EU) countries (excluding Austria)

- The complexity or customization of the ordered equipment
Once your order has been dispatched, transit time via DHL Express to the United States or Canada is typically 5–8 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Rates — United States & Canada (USD)
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value as follows:
- Orders under $500: flat-rate shipping fee of $49.90
- Orders from $500 to $1,499: flat-rate shipping fee of $79.00

Please note: Shipping rates are based on standard order sizes and weights. For large system orders, full retrofit solutions, or custom configurations, the actual shipping cost may differ from the flat-rate amounts listed above due to the weight, dimensions, and specific carrier surcharges applicable at the time of dispatch. In such cases, Agriwelt reserves the right to contact the customer to confirm the final shipping cost before dispatching the order. If you anticipate a large order, we recommend contacting us in advance for a personalized shipping quote.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
All shipments to the United States and Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees imposed by the destination country's authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Agriwelt GmbH has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office or a licensed customs broker for an estimate of applicable fees before placing your order.
By placing an order for delivery to the United States or Canada, you acknowledge and accept that:
- You are the importer of record and are responsible for compliance with all applicable import laws and regulations.
- Any customs duties, import taxes (including but not limited to sales tax, GST, or HST), brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges are your sole financial responsibility.
- Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes upon delivery may result in the shipment being returned to the sender. In such cases, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Rates — Australia (AUD)
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value as follows:
- Orders under A$1,200: flat-rate shipping fee of A$85.00
- Orders from A$1,200 to A$2,499: flat-rate shipping fee of A$160.00
- Orders of A$2,500 and above: flat-rate shipping fee of A$249.00

Australia applies a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on imported goods. For consignments valued at A$1,000 or more, GST, customs duty, and an Import Processing Charge may apply. These charges are levied by Australian Border Force and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

All shipments are sent DAP (Delivered at Place) — meaning any applicable import fees will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
