Seeding control system for AMAZONE Centaya (Ø25 / Ø30 / Ø32 mm seed tubes)

Seed blockage and flow monitoring for AMAZONE Centaya pneumatic seed drills (Centaya 3000, 3500, 4000 Super / Super-C) — one sensor on every Ø25/30/32 mm seed tube.

Each seed line gets an Agriwelt Pro optical flow sensor that clamps onto the seed tube. The Hectare display shows the flow in every line as a bar graph with a threshold line. When the flow drops to the threshold — set by hand or automatically — the display raises an alarm before the line blocks completely. See how it looks in the video on this page.

Why Agriwelt

• No modules, no boxes. Up to 40 sensors simply plug into one line with standard cables; a small terminator closes the end. Larger drills get one splitter in the middle — that is all.
• Early warning, not just a blockage alarm. Flow level per line with an adjustable threshold, in the field for more than 15 years.
• Seed and fertiliser separately. With a fertiliser circuit the display shows two levels per row.
• We design and manufacture the sensors and displays ourselves in Austria.
• Standalone: no ISOBUS, no subscription; powered from the tractor's standard 3-pin socket. Pre-configured for your drill and ready for do-it-yourself installation.

Kit contents

• Agriwelt Pro flow sensor for Ø25/30/32 mm seed tube — one per seed line
• Display: Hectare mini, Hectare 5 or Hectare ONE, as selected. The compact Hectare mini (2.8") shows up to 60 lines with full-screen alarm messages; it is most comfortable up to about 40 lines. For wider drills we recommend Hectare 5 or ONE.
• Power supply cable for the display (3-pin DIN socket)
• Communication cables from the cab to the drill and between distributor heads; terminator, and for 40+ lines an ESD splitter

The exact list for the selected configuration is shown below the options and goes with the order into cart and confirmation. Cable lengths include a reserve. Seed tube diameter differs between machines (Ø25/30/32 mm) — measure the outer diameter of your tube or send us a photo on WhatsApp.

Other widths or a fertiliser circuit — ask us for a quote. Warranty 2 years.
