Return Period

  • European Union: We offer a 14-day return period in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason and without justification.
  • United States & Canada: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Australia: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • United Kingdom: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • All other countries: We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In its original packaging with all accessories, cables, mounting hardware, and documentation intact
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that have been installed on machinery, connected to electrical systems, or show signs of use beyond initial visual inspection may not be eligible for a standard return. Please contact us to discuss your situation — we handle each case individually.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@agriwelt.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns must be shipped to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@agriwelt.com if:

  • The item is defective or malfunctioning
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item

For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. In cases of confirmed defects, Agriwelt will cover return shipping costs or arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to the buyer.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or altered from their original condition
  • Custom-configured systems built to specific customer requirements or specifications
  • Items with removed, damaged, or missing serial numbers or labels
  • Gift cards

Please note: Items purchased at a discounted price are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items. Statutory consumer rights for defective goods apply regardless of any discount.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the correct item is to return your original purchase (following the process above) and place a new order for the item you need.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).

To exercise this right, your item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

United Kingdom — Consumer Rights Act 2015

If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. Specifically:

  • You have the right to return faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • After 30 days and up to 6 months, the retailer must be given one opportunity to repair or replace the faulty goods. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • After 6 months, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund, but you may need to prove that the fault was present at the time of delivery.

These rights apply in addition to any voluntary returns policy offered by Agriwelt.

Australia — Australian Consumer Law

If your order is shipped to Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • Repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

These rights apply regardless of any voluntary returns policy offered by Agriwelt.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@agriwelt.com.

Estimated Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer (except for defective items). Below are approximate costs for reference:

  • Within the EU (Austria): €10–€25
  • United Kingdom to Austria: £35–£60
  • United States / Canada to Austria: $50–$80
  • Australia to Austria: A$80–A$150

Actual costs depend on package weight, dimensions, and carrier rates.
